About the treatment
About the treatment
A device-based lymphatic drainage treatment for the body to reduce swelling, relieve the feeling of heaviness, support the removal of stagnant fluid and achieve a visually lighter, more even body contour.
Lymph carries excess fluid out of the tissues, but unlike blood it has no pump of its own: it is moved along by the pulsing of nearby arteries and the squeezing of muscles. When you move too little — a desk job, a long journey, hot weather — fluid stays in the tissues and the body feels heavy and puffy. Lymph Detox Body is a device-based lymphatic drainage treatment: the device helps lymph move towards the lymph nodes.
People choose the treatment when their legs swell by the evening, when a feeling of heaviness lingers, when the body feels puffy after a flight or long hours of sitting, and as an addition to other body treatments such as cavitation. Lymphatic drainage works with fluid in the tissues, not with the fat layer — it is not a way to lose weight. Swelling can also be a sign of illness: if it appeared for no clear reason and has lasted more than a few weeks, see a doctor first. The treatment is not done in cases of thrombosis, infection or fever, heart disease or kidney failure — the specialist checks for contraindications before the session.
Before the first session the specialist asks how you feel, about the swelling and about any contraindications, and decides whether the treatment can go ahead. The device is then used on the chosen areas of the body in the direction of lymph flow. The treatment should not be painful: if it feels too strong, tell the specialist and the intensity will be reduced.
After the treatment drink some water and, if you can, go for a walk — movement keeps the lymph working. The specialist will tell you after the assessment how many sessions you need and how often, depending on where the swelling comes from and how your body responded to the first session.
Concern → protocol
Your goal — and what to choose
Choose a concern — on the right we show at once how the treatment helps and which protocol we usually take.
Local volume stays put
Stomach and thighs do not respond to sport or diet. Cavitation works on local deposits as a course.
This is a guide — the specialist will draw up the exact plan at the consultation or from a skin scan.
How the visit goes
Three steps of one visit
- 01Before the treatmentThe specialist clarifies the goal, examines the area and checks contraindications — on site, before starting.
- 02TreatmentA trained specialist does everything and explains each step beforehand.
- 03AfterwardsAftercare advice and, if a course is needed, a visit plan with convenient intervals.
Before · during · after
Preparation and aftercare
- 01Before the treatmentA few hours before — 0.5–1 l of water. Water helps the lymph move more actively, tissues become more elastic, and the treatment works better.
- 02After the treatment1.5–2.5 l of water in the next few hours. Well-hydrated skin removes excess fluid faster, and the result is more visible.
- 03The same dayA walk or light physical activity — movement helps the body finish what it started.
