About the treatment
About the treatment
Vacuum massage is a device-based body massage: a suction head gently draws the skin in and moves it across the area, boosting blood flow and the movement of lymph.
The device creates suction under the head: the skin and the layer beneath it are gently drawn in, and the specialist guides the head across the area towards the lymph nodes. The principle is the same as in a manual massage, but the vacuum works the tissues more deeply and evenly: blood flow increases under the head, and lymph — which carries excess fluid out of the tissues — moves more actively.
People choose vacuum massage when the body feels puffy and heavy, when the skin on the thighs, buttocks or abdomen has become less firm, or to support other body treatments — cavitation, for example, after which it matters that the lymph works more actively. The massage does not burn fat on its own: it boosts circulation and fluid drainage and works best alongside diet and exercise. It is not done if there are varicose or thread veins in the area, inflamed or broken skin, inflamed lymph nodes or cardiovascular disease — the specialist checks this before the session.
Before the session the specialist asks how you feel and about any contraindications and looks at the area. A special cream is applied so that the head glides, the suction strength is set, and the head is moved in slow passes. It feels like the skin being drawn up, with warmth, as in a deep massage; if the pull feels too strong, say so — the suction is adjusted during the session.
After the session the skin may be pink and warm — this is blood flow and passes by itself. Drink water and add some light movement, such as a walk or a gentle workout: it makes the lymph’s job easier. The specialist will tell you after the assessment how many sessions you need and how far apart.
Concern → protocol
Your goal — and what to choose
Choose a concern — on the right we show at once how the treatment helps and which protocol we usually take.
Local volume stays put
Stomach and thighs do not respond to sport or diet. Cavitation works on local deposits as a course.
This is a guide — the specialist will draw up the exact plan at the consultation or from a skin scan.
How the visit goes
Three steps of one visit
- 01Before the treatmentThe specialist clarifies the goal, examines the area and checks contraindications — on site, before starting.

- 03AfterwardsAftercare advice and, if a course is needed, a visit plan with convenient intervals.
Before · during · after
Preparation and aftercare
- 01Before the treatmentA few hours before — 0.5–1 l of water. Water helps the lymph move more actively, tissues become more elastic, and the treatment works better.
- 02After the treatment1.5–2.5 l of water in the next few hours. Well-hydrated skin removes excess fluid faster, and the result is more visible.
- 03The same dayA walk or light physical activity — movement helps the body finish what it started.
